Hey Guys,
How has it been! Haven’t blogged for ages gosh i feel so terrible lol!
Anyways, i took out time to do so today, truth is there is hardly ever time to sit on the laptop and blog….i am going to have to find a lasting solution to blog updates very soon as it is a part of the brand that is very dear to my heart! It all started with the blog right : )
Thankfully, its been project after project since the beginning of the year. One of the projects FNM was proud to be associated with happens to be “Love Like a Movie 2″ !
I was saddled with the responsibility of styling 6 artistes for several performances plus an official red carpet host. I couldn’t ask for a better opportunity to express my passion for fashion on Saturday February 16, 2014 i must say
Dare, Soul Songstress Waje, Zaina, Lamboginny, Eva Alordiah, Immaculate (Ex-Project Fame Contestant and Mercy ‘Omolondon’ Ajisafe of 96.9 Cool FM were my clients for the event and i like how with each person, the inspiration and style direction was distinct and dynamic
The order in which the show ran was such that time was of the essence …back stage was cray and my assistants sure did get shouted at lol! I am someone who works swiftly under pressure but people who can’t keep up around me always pay for it, i am obsessed with results, see photos…

This post won’t be complete without my moments right : ) …
I chose a very comfy outfit for the night, knowing well that i will have to be everywhere at the same time. My silk drape top is by Sisiano, a Nigerian brand that makes sexy pieces for women. I paired this number with a bold print skirt by Fierce and Modish …i am not a designer but i make a few custom pieces here and there when i am inspired and style them according to the event, since styling is my job anyway lol!
My look was completed with a blue envelope purse by asos and flat zara woman loafers in the same shade of blue…
It was most definitely an interesting night that ended well, i got a lot of reviews after the event that makes me look back at the project now and smile.
Cheers to many more and have yourselves a lovely rest of the week my readers
Its Ms Modish,
xx
